Tasting Day at the Farm, and the Start of Fall, by Angela

A giant thank-you to RHF member Gabriella Follo (see above) for cooking on the farm this past Friday.  I have never had celeriac soup that tasted so good! She also made Baba Ghanoush.

Fall preparations are in full swing with field clean ups and the return of the Neumann nursing students to the farm as service learners. Their extra hands and hard work are much appreciated as we tackle big projects like taking down the tomato trellising and rolling up the drip tape for storage.
